International Peace College South Africa (IPSA) Fees Structure 2025/2026

 The International Peace College South Africa (IPSA) new and returning undergraduate, postgraduate, and distant learning fee structure for the 2025 academic year has been released.

The International Peace College South Africa (IPSA)  management has released the school fee structure to be paid by each undergraduate and postgraduate (Degree, PhD, Master, Diploma, Certificate, Short Course, and Non-Degree) self- and government-sponsored students, respectively, for the 2025 academic session.

Prescribed student fees 2024)
Fees are valid for the 2024 academic year only.
Prescribed student fees include part of the registration, prescribed modules, additional support, intervention
sessions (compulsory upon all students where applicable), and examinations (excluding special and
supplementary examinations).

Early Bird Registration Discount
Students who register and pay the full registration fees before or on 31st January 2024 qualify for a 15%
discount on prescribed fees.
Late Application and Registration
Applications received after the 31st of January 2024 will incur a late application penalty of R100.
Registrations received after the 6th of February 2024 will incur a late registration penalty of R250.
The minimum amount payable on registration

1. R3500.00 is payable upon registration. This amount includes:
2. R1500-00 non-refundable registration fee, and R2 000-00 toward tuition fees.
3. Fees paid in full on or before 28th February will be discounted by 7.5%

Withdrawal / De-registration from courses

1. A student wishing to de-register from a course needs to follow the standard de-registration process.
2. The student is responsible for informing the college in writing of such a decision to withdraw or de-register.
3. The designated notification form to de-register from a course must be filled out and submitted to the E&R
Office for the attention of the E&R Officer.

4. In the case of unmarried students, the paying parent(s)/guardian must counter-sign the designated
deregistration notification form.
5. An administration fee of R300.00 per module will be charged on all de-registrations.
6. If notice to de-register from a course is received before the commencement date of the course, then 100%
reimbursement (minus the R300 administration fee) of the course fee is applicable.
7. If deregistration notifications for Semester One reach the ER Office before 31st March, 50%
reimbursement will apply to semester courses and 75% reimbursement for year courses, and if Semester

Two reaches the ER Office before 31st August. (Minus the administration fee per module).
8. Failing to submit such notification, will result in students being held liable for full payment of tuition fees
for the application modules and courses.
